1. How much compensation is offered and based on what criteria is it calculated?
The compensation amount is determined based on the distance between the initial and final airports. For example: up to 1500 km - 240 euros; 1500 km to 3500 km - 400 euros; over 3500 km - 600 euros. For instance, if your flight is from Kutaisi to Barcelona, in this case, you are entitled to a compensation of 400 euros.
2. How long after can I request compensation?
Every country and airline offers different deadlines. The deadlines may vary according to the regulations. It could be one year or even ten years. For this, it is necessary to fill out a claim with us and find it easily.
3. What is the cost of your service fee?
We operate on a NO WIN, NO FEE basis, meaning you only pay our service fee in the event that we successfully claim compensation from the airline. In other cases, our service is free. In case of success, our service fee is 35% of the compensation amount.
4. Where will I receive compensation?
You will receive the compensation amount in your bank account provided by you.
5. Who can request compensation on behalf of a minor?
In this case, the right to request compensation belongs to the parent, additionally we will ask you to provide us with a passport of the parent or ID and parent's signature. The compensation amount will be transferred to the parent's bank account number.
6. If family members are traveling together, is it necessary for everyone to fill out separate forms?
Yes, because each traveler's signature is required. Additionally, every claim is sent individually.
7. What is the timeframe for receiving compensation?
After receiving all necessary documents and information, we promptly submit a claim to the airline within a short deadline. Typically, it takes 30 working days to receive a response from them, but we may receive a response even faster. This process is dependent on the airline.
